All sales are final. However, you may request a refund prior to receiving/downloading your digital file. If no revisions or editing work has been completed, you are entitled to a full refund. If the previously agreed upon revisions or editing work has already been completed, and you have not yet taken ownership (received/downloaded) the file, you will be entitled to a partial refund of 75% of the purchase price.
If your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund as all sales are final for discounted items.
As all items are delivered digitally, sales are final and not eligible for return or refund once the file has been received/downloaded.
