About

Dictionary.com defines a story as “a narrative, either true or fictitious, in prose or verse, designed to interest, amuse, or instruct the hearer or reader; tale.”

WriteType Editorial Services was founded out of a passion for dynamic, well-crafted stories of all kinds. Our first edit was a cookbook—after all, they have narratives too—and we continue to edit stories of different lengths, genres and styles. From fiction to non-fiction and academic works, our services are not limited to books and essays. We also edit and write Web content, marketing copy and business communications.

We continually hone our craft by attending conferences, workshops and reading the latest in our field so we can offer our knowledge, experience and passion for the written word to help our clients achieve a polished finish to their stories.
